Using UpWise

UpWise helps users benchmark wealth, health, fitness, and career inputs, understand Life Rank, and explore possible future trajectories. You agree to use UpWise lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise.

Waitlist and Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch timing, pricing, availability, or App Store approval. We may prioritise access based on product testing needs, geography, device compatibility, or other operational factors.

Estimates, Not Advice

UpWise benchmarks, scores, trajectories, simulations, and AI explanations are estimates for general information. They are not financial advice, medical advice, fitness advice, career advice, or a guarantee of future outcomes.

You should make important financial, medical, career, or lifestyle decisions with qualified professionals where appropriate.

Your Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Missing, outdated, or inaccurate information can affect confidence, scores, explanations, and trajectories.

Subscriptions

UpWise is expected to offer free and premium tiers. Premium features may include trajectories, deeper explanations, simulation tools, and coaching features. Final pricing, trial terms, and cancellation flows will be confirmed in the app and through Apple’s purchase systems.

Availability

UpWise is pre-launch and may change, pause, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the website, waitlist, app, integrations, or forecasts will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual Property

The UpWise name, brand, design, copy, charts, scoring concepts, software, and other materials belong to UpWise or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse them except as permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpWise is not liable for losses arising from reliance on estimates, forecasts, simulations, or AI-generated explanations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
